When updating details of new starters and leavers, or changes to roles, pay and holiday entitlements within the CIPHR platform, it is automatically reflected in ShopWorks so that rotas can be created correctly.

Details of absence and holiday is calculated in ShopWorks, based on the hours that staff work, and is sent into CIPHR. You can even opt to integrate payroll software as well to improve the speed and accuracy of your payroll processes. Single sign-on means staff and line managers can access ShopWorks directly from the CIPHR system they already know and use, without needing to remember additional usernames and passwords.
