Having installed Shopworks online staffing system from the day it opened Fox Poker Club is delighted to be the first customer to install the upgraded version 2.0.

According to Chris North, Fox’s Managing Director, “Shopworks really helped us get our staff costs under control when we opened, a Casino has a complex rota with gaming staff, door staff and F&B to manage. Shopworks have recently launched Version 2 of their software for Casino’s which now allows automated text messages to be sent to staff informing them of their rotas as well. The new version includes support for unlimited departments and an automated upload of data into the ubiquitous Sage accounting package.

Chris North is pleased to have the SMS interface, “as you would expect all of our staff are big text users and some of them are part time and have other jobs, having the comfort that our staff see any changes to their rotas immediately and that we get a delivery report means we are always properly manned and on budget. It really does allow us to run the most efficient rota possible”
